We enjoy doing what we do at Nettium. And that’s not just because of the amazing scenic, panoramic views. It’s also not just about the expressively, energising and vibrantly coloured walls and recreation area, although those count a lot too.
And it is not just ‘passion’. It is passion in everything that we do.
It’s in the way we proactively assist and manage our clients, plan for the future, and implement and leverage new technology for our clients’ best interests. This is our passion.
Passion comes from the inside. Which means we can’t teach you how to be passionate even if we wanted to. That’s why in hiring, we look for people who are as passionate as us about solving real-world problems.
In the last year, Nettiumers independently organised a blood donation campaign with the National Blood Centre (Pusat Darah Negara-PDN), and raised money for and visited several charities.
We’ve also worked with universities to help students improve their skills through hackathons and partnered with several communities for skill training sessions. All outside the line of duty.
We’re passionate about putting in the best in our work. About meeting and exceeding the needs of our clients. About contributing to the community. And learning. And growing. And being the best versions of ourselves. And we’re just as passionate about having fun.
As a philosopher once said, “Find something you love to do and you’ll never have to work a day in your life.” And while we can’t teach you passion, we can give you challenges, technology, tools and goals that you’ll love and can be passionate about.
